Medical Biochemistry

Department of Clinical Biochemistry, located at Faculty of Medical Sciences, has been working since 1983 with one faculty member (the first employed faculty member) at Tarbiat Modares University and the first accepted MSc students, five in number, in Biochemistry were admitted to the Faculty in 1984. It is worth mentioning this was the first admission for students in this field after the victory of the glorious Islamic Revolution. The group gradually expanded to its activities so that the first PhD applicants were admitted to the Faculty in 1988.
